Preparation & Cooking

DEEP FRY : Immerse frozen battered fillets in preheated 180°C / 350°F oil for approximately 7 min or until done. Let stand 2 min before serving. For best results, do not overfill fryer basket and do not overcook. Drain on paper towel and serve. FORCED AIR CONVECTION OVEN: Place single layer of frozen battered fillets on a shallow baking pan in a preheated 220°C / 425°F oven for about 18 min or until done. OVEN: Place a single layer of frozen battered fillets on a shallow baking pan in a preheated 230°C / 450°F oven for about 18 min or until done. For more even browning, turn after 10 min. NOTE: Cooking times vary by appliance. Fully cooked fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
